What should I wear?
This is always a stressful task. Not only can we never find something to wear on a normal day of the week, but now we have to find an outfit to be photographed in!? Not to worry! This is a part of the consultation process. Send me a photo of your outfit(s) laid out prior to your session and relax, you will look great if you follow these guidelines:
Wear something you are comfortable in
Dress appropriately for the weather i/e coats in winter
Stay away from anything but a simple pattern;
NO cartoons, characters, quotes, or large logos
Stick to a color palette and try NOT to wear black
What is the turnaround time?
Turn-around times will vary depending on the type of session:
A regular photo session gallery is delivered within 30 days with a sneak peek posted on social media within 72 hours.
Wedding photo galleries are delivered within 60 days with a sneak peek posted on social media within 72 hours.
Wedding video USBs are delivered within 60 days with a sneak peek highlight video posted on social media within 7 days of wedding
What if the weather is bad?
Mother Nature is not always our friend! Outdoor photo sessions will be rescheduled day of if there is rain, snow, or high winds, but I will work with you to ensure we find a new date that we are both available.
Do I have to pay a Deposit?
Yes. Sessions are limited to certain days/times and are booked on a first come first serve basis. To secure the date/time you desire you have to pay a deposit of 50% of your session/package fee.
do you post on social media?
Yes. I love being able to share the art created from your session. I take pride in my work and want to show others how gorgeous you are! This business is fueled by social media, and is probably how you found me! With that being said, if you are uncomfortable with one or any of your images being shared please let me know. I take your privacy very seriously and respect all wishes for photos/videos to be kept private.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. I allow pets to be in outdoor photo sessions. I love animals and know they are apart of the family as well - I have two dogs myself! Unfortunately I am unable to allow pets in my studio. My studio is completely animal free. If you do wish to bring your pet to an outdoor session, please let me know ahead of time and have a designated person to be responsible for your pet. Also, only bring them if you trust they will cooperate to ensure a stress free session.
